Harlow West is new to the neighborhood and getting settled into her new place. This happens to be a neighborhood full of friendly, helpful, nosy women. Serene is super excited because some very important people will be there. Agatha has promised that Blah blah blah of whatever will be there to rub elbows with. Wow! The dizzy blonde is so overtaken with excitement that she is not at all suspicious when Agatha convinces her to strip and get tied up for the occasion. What could possibly go wrong? It's just a costume party. It's not like Agatha is really a people eating witch, right? And yes, Serene is served quite crispy.
